Helena is a spacious south facing detached villa with a good size pool, garden and 100sq.m. of terrace and balconies. Inside are high beamed ceilings and large airy rooms. 

Mas Pere is a small residential area set on a wooded hillside with distant views of Palamos. 

There are 2 restaurants within walking distance but the shops and supermarkets are at the pretty village of Calonge 1.5 miles away. 

Within a short drive there are quiet coves, many restaurants, several golf courses and the lively Playa D,Oro with numerous bars and shops. 

Swimming, tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, golf, wind-surfing, mountain biking.

A car is however essential.

The Area:

The villa is on a small residential estate 2.5 km from Calonge. This is a pretty village with supermarkets, food shops and a small market once a week. The nearest beach is 5km away with many more within a short drive. Palamos town, a port with shops and a marina is 10 min drive and north of there are several quiet coves and cliff walks. Playa D.Oro is a lively resort 10 min to the south with many shops and numerous bars, cafes and disco's open till the early hours.
