Two spacious, virtually identical, four bed room villas next to each other in a quiet cul-de-sac. 

Situated 50 metres from the beach promenade, just a 10 minute walk to the world famous resort of Puerto Banus.

The villas can be let together or separately providing accommodation for 8 to 16 adults.

The Accommodation:

• The ground floor of each villa provides you with a spacious lounge and dining room area, with doors leading to the rear patio, fully fitted Kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, one twin and a double room serviced by a luxury bathroom and a further double room with en-suite shower / WC.

• On the first floor of each property there is the master bedroom with double bed, integral sitting room, en-suite luxury bathroom and twin roof terraces which catch the morning and evening sun.

• Full air conditioning and heating.

Outside:

• Each villa has a private swimming pool, fand secure parking for 2 cars.
• The gardens have built in BBQ's and verandas which offer some cool shade from the midday sun.

• Malaga Airport (45min drive).

The Area:

Situated between Marbella and Estepona the Villas are less than a mile east of Puerto Banus

Whilst you could spend your holiday relaxing in the villa there are many historical and interesting places to visit. Ranging from beautiful towns and cities like Ronda, Mijas, Seville and Granada. Nearby you will find modern Marbella with its very interesting Old Town as its heart.

Guests should not miss the opportunity of taking a trip down to Gibraltor to climb the rock and meet the famous rock apes.

The Costa del Sol is famous for the numerous golf courses that host many European and World Tours, each year.
