Casa Capuchina is a recently restored country-house with a swimming-pool set in the hills above Velez-Malaga. 

It is close to Lake Vinuela, 30/45 minutes from the sea and popular resorts like Nerja, and about an hour/hour and quarter from Malaga airport.

A car is essential. The house is well off the road, some twenty minutes down mountain tracks. 

A perfect Andelucian retreat.

It is an ideal spot for walking, for mountain-biking, or for just enjoying the countryside. From Casa Capuchina you can explore inland Andalucia, the 'real' Spain. 

Within easy distance are the nature reserves of Montes de Malaga and the Sierra de Tejeda. Granada is a two hour drive away across the mountains, and daytrips are possible to Cordoba and Seville. The nearest shop is twenty minutes away, and there are nearby restaurants round Lake Vinuela.
