The apartment is a Duplex in the new prestigious Senorio de Aloha complex beside Centro Plaza 5 mins walk from the centre of the port. It is a Duplex occupying ground and first floor. 

The complex is covered by 24 hour security and a video entry phone system. 

The sun terrace from the lounge is huge with superb views.  

The Accommodation:

The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and there is an air con /heating system for all year round temperature control as each room is individually controlled by remote.

• The kitchen is modern bright, fully equipped with all mod cons, including: dish washer, freezer, fridge, hob, microwave, oven, washing machine.
• Living Room: fireplace, seating for 6. Also cd, radio, satellite or cable, tv, video player.
• Dining Room: dining area, seating for 6.
• Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms, 2 shower-rooms.
• Bedrooms : There are 2 twin bedrooms, one on the ground floor with it's own patio and sun terrace and a second on the first floor with it's own patio. TV and video can be watched in each of the bedrooms. Each room has it's own TV and the video player in the lounge sends the signal to the other 2 rooms. Tea/coffee making facilities are available in the master bedroom.
• There is a spare folding down bed for which there is room in the downstairs hall in case you are 5 people and you do not wish someone to sleep in the lounge.
• The air/con heating system is operated by remote control. Each room has it's own machine and can therefore be maintained at different temperatures.

Outside:

• A parking space is provided in the secure underground car park.

Getting There:

•  It is a 40 minute drive from Malaga airport.

An all year round resort. Average temperatures range from 61 degrees.  in January to 85 degrees in July/August. Marbella is only 7kms away. There is a huge choice of restaurants, banks, bars, nightclubs, casino. There is an English video hire shop close by although we do supply a small selection of English language videos for you to watch with the apartment. Gibraltar is a short drive away and well worth a visit for tax-free shopping. There are 8 golf courses within 6 kms and 40 within 25 kms.

Children welcome, pets considered, suitable for elderly or infirm, wheelchair accessible.
