The apartment is located on the second floor of a small block overlooking the community  pool (closed October to May) and gardens. On the ground floor (though not directly below the apartment!) there is a Spanish bar/restaurant and an English restaurant. 

You’re just 5 minutes walk from the beach (the local Jet-Ski/Water Sport company operates during the summer until the end of October) and the abundant bars and restaurants located along the sea front. The train and local/provincial bus services are excellent and all located close by and there are plenty of local shops and supermarkets.

Note: There are approximately 37 steps to the apartment and there is no lift.

• Main bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets,  chest of drawers and built in wardrobe and has patio doors leading to the glazed balcony. Second bedroom has 2 single beds, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers.

• KITCHEN with washing machine, microwave, fridge with freezer box, kettle, toaster, electric oven with gas/electric hob and extractor, gas ‘multi-point’ water heater - pots/pans & cutlery.

• BATHROOM 

• LOUNGE with TV, video, satellite receiver (Eurosport, Cartoon Network & Sky News are available - if you want any other channels you will need to bring your own Sky card),  dining table, a 3 and a 2 seater sofa, coffee table and 2 cane chairs and a table in the balcony area (all glazed). The balcony from the lounge/main bed overlooks the pool & gardens and has a sea view.

• Bedding, towels (you are recommended to bring additional towels for beach/pool use) an iron, ironing board and a clothes horse are also provided.
