A luxury villa situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, two kilometers from the sea and the small fishing resort of Moraira and one kilometer from the local supermarket, paper shop and bars, etc. 

The villa has a large swimming pool, surrounded by the both ample sun terraces with panoramic views, and shady areas for when the occasion arises. 

The gardens are well kept with bar-b-que area and there are car parking facilities out of sight of the pool.

• Double bedroom (with king-size bed) . There is space for an additional bed in this room for a child if required. There is an en-suite bathroom to the large master bedroom, which has patio doors opening onto the swimming pool terrace.
• The second bedroom has twin beds and is adjacent to the shower room and toilet. 
• The spacious lounge/dining room is furnished to accommodate all our guests and the American style kitchen is similarly equipped for up to six people.
• There is a satellite T.V. and an audio system.
•  Leading from the lounge/dining room is an additional sun lounge where meals can be taken in a pleasant indoor setting overlooking the pool.
•  Kitchen Recently refitted containing gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, iron and board and automatic washing machine.
• There are patio doors to open for the maximum effect of the gentle breeze, which is so welcome in the heat of the summer.
