Albayalde benifits from many local restaurants which serve the Villacana complex whilst offering the privacy, peace and quiet for a relaxing family holiday.  Marbella and Puerto Banus are just a 10 minutes drive away to the East whilst Estepona town is a similar distance to the West.

This is a golfer's paradise with literally dozens of courses available.  I would recommend El Paraiso, Atalaya and Guadalmina golf courses, all of which are within 5 minutes.

Ground Floor: 

• 2 bedrooms one of which is en-suite
• Bathroom.

First Floor:

• Large lounge with satellite T.V., music system and access to a large veranda/terrace with patio furniture and steps leading down to the gardens and shared swimming pool.
• Dining area with table and chairs for 8 people.
• Well equipped kitchen including oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and crockery for 8 people.
• Also sofa bed in lounge to sleep another two people if needed.

Second Floor:

• Third Bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
• Own small balcony looking over the pool.

Villa is fully air conditioned with marble floors throughout.

Services:

• Maid service once a week is included in the price.

More about the Area:

Albayalde located directly opposite the Spanish town of Cancelada (a foot bridge over the main road connects the two communities.  Cancelada has a wonderful bread shop for early morning croissants, bread and pastries as well as a growing number of restaurants offering very good local cuisine for all the family.

Restaurants:

Villacana for excellent local food and drink, set around the swimming pool.
Sharkey's beach bar has excellent food and entertainment.
Benahavis is 7km away and is a tiny mountain village with approximately 28 bars and restauarants.
San Pedro, Marbella, Puerto Banus next to the yachts and Estepona Port are all worth a visit.

Further a field you will find Gibraltar for cheap duty-free shopping.  Istan for its scenery, the lake and the mountain.  Rhonda for amazing views and the ravine.  Granada for the Alhambra Palace and architecture.  Jerez for the wine (sherry) tasting.  Nerja for the largest natural caves in Europe.  Seville for real flamenco.  Casares, a picturesque mountain village.
