'Ses Brises' Apartment Tamariu, Catalonia, Costa Brava, Spain.

We have a bright, spacious and well constructed four-bedroomed apartment, that is well equipped, just 500 metres from the beach at Tamariu on the Costa Brava.

• The apartment has a comfortable lounge/dining room (including a colour TV, video cassette player (UK ‘PAL’ standard) and stereo radio/cassette player) with double doors out to a good-sized balcony. 
• There is plenty of room to eat outside, with an additional table on the balcony, as well as six more chairs and two loungers. There are very pleasant views from this balcony over the pine-covered hills which surround Tamariu.
• There is a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen, with electric oven, grill and hob together with a large fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. A combination microwave oven with integral grill is also provided. A separate utility room has an automatic washing machine, sink and internal washing line.
• The main double bedroom at the front has access via a single door to the balcony and has a fully fitted en-suite bathroom, with shower, full-size bath, bidet, basin (with mirror & electric shaver outlet) and toilet.
• In addition, there is a large twin bedroom and two further smaller bedrooms (one with twin beds and the other with a single bed and a folding bed available). All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with plenty of coat hangers.
• There is another bathroom, again with shower, small bath, bidet, basin (with mirror & electric shaver outlet) and toilet.

The apartment will sleep up to eight people, but is equally suited for just two or more.

Having a corner, first floor location, the apartment and balcony enjoy a very sunny position. The apartment is part of small three­storey complex, which share the private use of a lovely swimming pool with diving board and smaller paddling pool together with a floodlit tennis court (see photograph). A large lawned area surrounds the pool. The rest of the outside area consists of well-maintained gardens.

The apartments share an underground garage with a designated parking space for our apartment, which is perfect for keeping the car cool!

The apartment is in an ideal position in Tamariu, being in a quiet location but within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shops. It is situated slightly up on the side of the hills and is accessed either by the steps of a footpath on one side, or the slope of the main driveway on the other side.
