These two lovely one-bedroom apartments are situated on a small, quiet Urbanisation just 2 minutes walk from Penoncillo Beach.

Penoncillo Beach, which boasts a variety of bars and restaurants, is a 5 minute drive along the coast road to Nerja itself.

The two apartments, which are conveniently situated next door to each other can be let either individually or together.

• One twin bedroom.
• Bathroom.
• Kitchen.
• Lounge.
  Terrace.
• Both are comfortably furnished and have wonderful sea views.
• Maid service is between lets with a weekly linen change.

The Area:

• Nerja is a beautiful small town on the Costa Del Sol, East of Malaga.  A former fishing village it boasts a spectacular promenade, the Balcon de Europa, which is built on a craggy outcrop of rock and has a wonderful view along the coast.  the old town is a maze of cobbled streets, with interesteing shops, boutiques and restaurants.  It is a lively place and has an international atmosphere.  There are 9 kilometres of beautiful beaches and small coves including the Penoncillo beach, which is only 2 minutes walk from the apartments.
• For sports people, there is plenty to do with swimming, tennis, sailing, walking, cycling and golf in the area.
