Casa Haya Villa Apartments are situated in the exclusive area of "Club Moraira".  The area is quiet and private, opposite the prestigious Swiss Hotel.  The villa stands in very secluded and un-overlooked established Mediterranean gardens, which are entered via an arched door through the encircling dry stone wall.  The property is constructed in typical Spanish finca style, with the bougainvillea framed arches covering the private terraces to give shade for those dining and relaxing.  A large roof solarium offers views across the gardens and the floodlit kidney shaped pool with its attractive terraced surround ideal for sunbathing. 
Please note that in order to maintain the relaxing atmosphere we restrict the property to adult guests only.   

Louise Apartment is on the first floor.  The large lounge/diner has an exposed beamed ceiling with an impressive tosca stone fireplace, satellite TV and music centre.  The large kitchen has a cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave.  The two bedrooms have twin beds.  The bathroom has a full sized bath with shower above and twin basins set in a marble topped vanity unit.
The lounge opens onto its own private and covered terrace furnished with a patio table and chairs overlooking the swimming pool, gardens and countryside.

Wendy Apartment is situated on the ground floor with a large double aspect lounge/diner, satellite TV and music centre.  The double bedroom has twin beds and leads into the spacious fully tiled twin basin shower room.  The kitchen has a cooker, fridge and microwave with ample storage and worktop space.  There is an abundantly sized private and furnished terrace overlooking the pool and gardens. 

Adam Apartment is also situated on the ground floor and has a very large lounge/diner overlooking the pool.  The lounge has twin sofa beds, satellite TV and music centre.  The double bedroom has a 6ft bed with independent adjustment controls for back and leg support - total comfort!  The kitchen has a cooker, fridge, microwave and ample storage and worktop space.  The very spacious shower room is 3/4 tiled with twin basins and ample storage space.  Patio doors lead from the lounge to the covered private terrace furnished with a patio table and chairs which overlook the gardens and pool.

:In addition to the terrace furniture, there are also garden dining areas for "Alfresco" dining and and an excellent B.B.Q. kitchen for the use of our guests.  Sun loungers are provided with adjustable tilt positions.  The grounds are imaginatively illuminated for the enjoyment of those who stay here.  All apartments have independent entrances.  Fans are available for your comfort.  Linen and towels are supplied.  There is also use of a fax facility on request.

The apartments are situated approximately 1.5 km from the resort of Moraira with its picturesque coastline, safe sandy beaches, impressive yachting marina and small fishing fleet.  There are restaurants galore set in shady plazas and along the waterfront to suit all tastes.  Inland lie the medieval towns of Bocairent, Barieres and closer still Guadalest, the beautiful Callosa waterfalls, and not forgetting Calpe with its majestic rock, the symbol of the Costa Blanca.  The countryside is wonderful and abound with citrus and olive groves, vineyards and terraced mountains, legacy of the Moors.   

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, the remainder is due 28 days before arrival.
