The villa itself was built 10 years ago to our own design and is set peacefully in over an acre of private grounds laid to lawn and fruit trees.

It is set on the edge of a traditional hillside village overlooking Lake Orta. A feature of the property is its spacious veranda enclosing 3 sides of the ground floor which you are welcome to share. It has been furnished for al fresco dining as well as lounging. 

The apartment is reached via a private staircase from the veranda.

Our family use the ground floor for most of the summer and are on hand to help and advise you during your stay if required.

• The apartment is thoroughly cleaned after each visit for which there is a compulsory cleaning charge of £25. 
• Gas and electricity are included in the price of the rental.

• 12 hrs from Calais.
