A delightful bungalow in the large village on Plelan-Le-Petit, close to the medieval town of Dinan, with its cobbled streets, castles and old port. Not to mention its wonderful street market on a Thursday selling everything from local produce, clothing, paintings to live chickens. 

Local attractions include horse riding at Plelan-Le-Petit and nearby Jugon-Les-Lacs, which also has lakes for sailing and fishing. A golf course is situated 5 km away at St-Michel-De-Plelan with several other courses just a short drive away. 

Plelan-Le-Petit is a large village with a supermarket, butchers, patisserie, banks, doctors, pharmacy, hairdressers and good restaurants.

  • Bedroom 2: Twin pine beds with new pocket sprung mattresses, duvets, English pillows. Electric wall heater.
  • Shower room with WC and hand basin.

The Area:

Easy reach to lovely clean sandy beaches at St-Cast-Le-Guildo and Sables-d'Or-les-Pins. Fort La Latte a fortress overlooking the sea with spectacular  views along the emerald coast is just a short drive away as is the fortress at Pledeliac. St Malo is 30 minutes away and Mont St Michel is well worth the trip

  • A returnable deposit of £50 cheque with guarantee number is payable locally on arrival. This will be returned to yourselves within 2 week of you departure, once the property is checked.

  • A booking deposit of 1/3 of the total cost or a minimum of £75.

  • Balance of payment due 6 weeks before departure.

  • Payment can be made by all major credit cards of cheque (not AMEX).

  • Non smokers only. No pets allowed.

  • Change over day is Sunday.
