This spacious 3 bedroom house is situated in the beautiful Bueneventura Lakes, an exclusive community close to Kissimmee, central Florida.

The  Bueneventura Lakes is a community ideally positioned only 15 to 20 minutes from Orlando airport, 40 minutes from Sanford. The attractions of Walt Disney World are 20 minutes away, and 30 minutes to Orlando city. For those who like to surf, just 1 hours drive east is Cocoa beach, home to the world famous Ron-Jon's surf shop. Further up the same coast is Cape Canaveral space centre and the famous Daytona beach.  Alternatively, the calm waters and white sands of Clearwater Beach can be found less than two hours drive west and is recommended for water sport activities.

The Villa:

The house sleeps 6-8 people. It is fully air conditioned. 

• Master bedroom on the ground floor. Large en-suite bathroom with walk in shower.
• Two twin bedrooms are upstairs. They share a separate bathroom with shower and bath.

The Kitchen & Utility:

• Fully equipped kitchen.
• Oven.
• Dishwasher.
• Microwave.
• Fridge/Freezer.
• Large kitchen table.
• Utility room with washing machine and dryer.

Living Area:

• Downstairs the lounge has a sofa which folds into a double bed.
• TV and video.

To avoid setting off the smoke detectors smoking is not permitted inside the house.

Terrace &  Pool:

• Private heated pool (with screen) and attractive lakeside view.

Getting there:

• 15 to 20 minutes from Orlando.
• 40 minutes from Sanford.

The Area:

For those of you who wish to shop, the huge Florida malls and Beltz factory outlet complex, offers an extensive range of goods and designer labels at fantastic discount prices, only 20 minutes drive.  However just 2 miles from the house are a variety of supermarkets and shops for you everyday needs. 

Nightlife caters for all age groups in the area, including a disco and club scene in Disney, and cabaret style events at Church Street station in down town Orlando. 

There are a large number of restaurants in the area of excellent quality, making eating out a must. Types range from 'eat as much as you like' steak houses, (in abundance on 192 highway), to stylish Polynesian evening dining, at the Polynesian resort, Walt Disney World. 

Attractions: Of course Walt Disney World is the most famous attraction in the central Florida region. It is a vast complex, some 50 square miles in area and is sectioned into theme parks. Each park caters for every age. The major ones include;

• Magic Kingdom - probable the most famous park home to Cinderella's castle and Space mountain.
• Epcot Centre. 
• MGM Studios.
• Animal Kingdom - Disney's newest attraction.
• Blizzard beach - A superb water park which boasts the tallest free fall slide in the world.
• Typhoon Lagoon - Another superb water park.

Other attractions in the area include Universal Film Studios and Islands of Adventure, where you can experience some of the most technologically advanced rides in the world, including the Back to the Future ride and the amazing Terminator 3D show.

Seaworld is also a fantastic day out for all and is only 20 minutes  away.

Busch Gardens in Tampa is approximately 75 minutes drive and heartily recommended. It is a must for diehard roller coaster fans and is set in a beautiful wildlife reserve, which rivals Animal Kingdom.  Don't forget Gatorland, Wet and Wild, Cypress Gardens, the JFK Space Centre and many more.

The area also presents golfers with a superb opportunity to sample some of the breathtaking courses in central Florida, including a new championship course Remington, the famous Nick Faldo golfing institute and host course of the senior PGA tour qualifiers - Falcon's Fire.

These courses along with many others, are just minutes away  and provide some of the best golfing experiences in the world. It is not surprising that the PGA tour professionals such as Lee Janzen, (Kissimmee Bay), Greg Norman (Cypress Creek), Nick Faldo, Mark O'Mera and others reside in the surrounding area.
