BOOKING CONDITIONS
1)
Ambersol
Villas (the company) provides holiday accommodation only. We are not responsible for flights, car hire
or any other facilities. Ambersol Villas will recommend certain qualified
companies on request of the client.
2)
Prices
for properties in Europe are now converted from Euros. The amount quoted for a property will be
converted on the day of the enquiry or booking and cannot be guaranteed not to
alter when deposits and final balances are paid. This may result in a change to the final cost of your
accommodation.
3)
Cancellations and Amendments: If you wish to cancel your booking after the
agreement has been entered into, you must notify this in writing by first class
post. The date of the cancellation will
take effect upon the date of receipt of the notice. (a) All deposits are
non-refundable (b) 10 weeks or less before
arrival date, incurs a £75.00 Stg.
admin charge.
(c) Less than 6 weeks before arrival date results in
the client paying the total amount of the holiday rental.
(d) Changing the booking 10 weeks, or less before
arrival date results in a £50.00 Stg. charge per week changed.
4)
The
balance of holiday payment should be paid by the specified date on the
booking form. Should the company not receive the
payment by the said date and have no notification from the client, the booking
will automatically be cancelled and the deposit kept for admin costs.
4) Breakdowns and Complaints: No responsibility can be accepted for the
breakdown of public supplies including water or
electricity, or any amenities out of the Companys control. However, every effort will be made by the
Company to rectify the problem, acting on behalf of the client.
5)
Ambersol
Villas will not accept liability for personal injury, death, loss,
damage arising from the provision of letting the
accommodation.
6)
It
is the tenants responsibility to exercise due care and attention in relation
to the
accommodation together with all fixtures,
furnishings and fittings provided. The
accommodation should be left in the same state of cleanliness and condition, as
it existed at the start of your holiday.
Failure to do so will result in the loss of security deposit and extra
charges made to the tenant above the security amount held, if necessary.
7)
Spain
is a developing country; therefore Ambersol Villas will not take responsibility
for unknown building work in the neighbourhood or close proximity of the rental
accommodation.
8)
Ambersol
Villas offers a high standard of accommodation. Should the tenant feel that the property is not satisfactory, we
will require a letter stating the complaints, so that we may rectify the
problem for future bookings. Under no
circumstances will Ambersol Villas, enter into any negotiations for claims of
compensation whilst the tenant is on holiday.
The complaints may be stated whilst on holiday, however we will require
your complaint in writing after your departure and this will be forwarded onto
our management department. Once the
tenant has accepted the keys to the accommodation there will be no right for
full compensation. Ambersol Villas will honour claims at the companys discretion.
9)
Ambersol
Villas makes every effort to ensure that the information supplied to you is
correct. Any information given to you
with regard to the resort, complex, accommodation and its contents is given in
good faith and is believed to be accurate.
Ambersol Villas is not liable for any inaccuracies contained in any
supplied information. Should any
facility not be available due to factors outside the companys control, then
the company does not accept responsibility.
10)
Satellite
television is constantly changing and we cannot guarantee which channels will
be available to you.
11)
Photographs
used in information supplied to you are intended to give an overall impression
of the accommodation/complex/resort.
Ambersol Villas is not liable for any items of furniture, contents,
which appear in the photograph, which may have been changed or removed, also
any aspects of the complex, or environment which have changed since the
photographs were taken.
12)
The
arrangement for holidays are made many months in advance and occasionally due
to unforeseen circumstances, it may be necessary to make changes to those
arrangements. In the unlikely event of
such changes arising we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible. However, occasionally we have to make a
major change, this may involve in changing your accommodation to a similar
classification, if this is not possible we will offer you a choice of either
accepting the new changed arrangements, or cancelling your holiday and
receiving a full refund of all monies paid.
Ambersol Villas cannot accept liability for any compensation when the
above changes have to be made. Our
commitment to you will be to offer you the best alternative to the holiday you
originally booked with us.
13)
With
regards to accommodation, Ambersol Villas acts as the appointed representative
for (i) selected apartment and villa owners and / or their local agents or (ii)
companies offering holiday accommodation abroad, and acts on their behalf. All bookings are accepted on behalf of the
above and are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by individuals /
companies, which are available on request, and are also subject to Ambersol
Villas terms and conditions. The
accommodation will be reserved fro the number of people stated on the booking
form. No other persons shall be allowed
to stay in the accommodation without prior notification to Ambersol Villas and
further payment made. Failure to notify
may result in the party being ejected from the accommodation.
14)
I
